Returns & Exchanges
Return requests must be made within 7 business days from the date the order is received. Please contact our customer service at hancept@hancept.com to request a return.
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items

Returned Items

Unclaimed packages returned to HANCEPT Co., Ltd. due to the absence of the addressee or an incorrect/insufficient address will not be refunded.

Please double-check your zip code and detailed address before checkout.

Claims for returned parcels due to insufficient addresses or unclaimed status can only be processed for deliveries made within the last 2 months.

Ineligible Products for Exchanges or Refunds
The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

Change of mind

Any item reported after 7 days from the delivery date

Any item that shows signs of usage

Any item that has been damaged intentionally

Any item returned without prior notice or despite a return request being denied by our customer service

Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded for any returns. Items must be unopened, unused, and unaltered, with the packaging intact. Please return the product in its original condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. In the event that items arrive opened or tampered with, we will not be able to issue a refund and must dispose of the product for sanitary purposes.
Refund Process

Refunds can only be processed after the returned items arrive at our warehouse. We will process your refund within 7 days of receiving the return. After confirmation from our customer service team, the product will either be re-shipped or refunded to you. A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within 10 business days of receipt at our facility. Your banking institution may require additional time to process and post the credit to your account.

Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

For returns of unwanted or unopened items, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Coupon discounts applied to the original purchase cannot be refunded in cash or reward points.

HANCEPT Co., Ltd. reserves the right to determine the reshipping method, regardless of the shipping method used for the original order.

HANCEPT Co., Ltd. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.

Shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions.

All exchanges and returns are subject to validation and approval at HANCEPT Co., Ltd.’s discretion. We reserve the right to reject any return requests with prior notice if they do not meet our policy criteria.
