Refund Policy

 

Returns & Exchanges
The return request must be made within 7 business days from the order received date.
Please contact our customer service at hancept@hancept.com for request of the returns.

 

Damaged, Wrong Items or Missing Items
Please prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service.

Returned Items
- Unclaimed packages, returned to HANCEPT Co., Ltd. due to absence of addressee/wrong or insufficient address, will not be refunded.

- Please double check your zip codes and detail addresses before the checkout.

- For claims on returned parcel due to insufficient address, unclaimed by addressee and etc., can be checked only for delivery made within 2 months.

 

Ineligible products for exchanges or refunds
- The following are not eligible for returns/exchanges:

- Change of mind

- Any item reported after 7 days from the delivered date

- Any item that shows any signs of usage

- Any item that has been damaged intentionally

- Any item returned without any previous notice or in spite of the return request denied by our customer service

 

Please note that original shipping cost will not be refunded for any returns.

Items must be unopened, unused and unaltered with packaging intact. Please return it to us in its original condition. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

In the case that items arrive open/tampered with, we will not be able to issue a refund and must dispose of the product for sanitary purposes.

 

All returns must be sent back to our HANCEPT Co., Ltd. warehouse.

Refunds for return can be processed after arriving at our warehouse.

Refunds are refunded within 7 days after we receive and process your return.

After confirmation from the customer service team, the product will be re-shipped or refunded to you.

A credit will be applied to your original form of payment within ten business days of receipt at our facility. Your banking institution may take additional time to process and post the credit to your account once they have received this information.

 

1. All returns must be sent back to our HANCEPT Co., Ltd. warehouse.

 

2. Returned items must be in their original packaging. Incomplete returns may be refused or disregarded.

 

3. For the case of the unwanted or unopened Item returning refund will be deducted the shipping fee. Using the coupon to be deducted amount is not possible to refund in points or amounts that your used payment.

 

4. HANCEPT Co., Ltd. reserves the right to determine reshipping method regardless of the shipping method used in the original order.

 

5. HANCEPT Co., Ltd. is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return via selected shipping company to ensure that it reaches us.

 

6. Shipping and handling fees from the original shipment to the customer are not refundable.

 

7. We do not offer refunds or returns in cases involving allergic reactions.

 

8. All exchange & returns are subject to validation and approval at HANCEPT Co., Ltd.’s discretion and possible to reject any change requests without prior notice.
